The goals of the program are to provide new sources of information, ideas and emotions to students, teachers and employees of educational, scientific and cultural institutions and NCCA employees; to promote the development of an atmosphere of dynamic social and cultural communications in these institutions; and increase the role of contemporary art in national culture. The objectives of the program are to organize exhibitions of contemporary art outside the bounds of art museums and galleries; to show works of video art; and holed meetings with contemporary artists, musicians, writers and philosophers.
