Natalia Sidlina

 Holding MA in Contemporary art from Sorbonne University and PhD from the State Institute of Art Research Natalia is a Russian museum professional who from 2005 has worked in the Russian and British museum sectors. She curated exhibitions and worked on displays at the State Tretyakov Gallery, Tate Britain, Tate Modern and the Science Museum. Her recent publications include a monograph on Naum Gabo (2012), Cosmonauts: birth of the space age publication (2014), and an article The Cosmonauts challenge article (2015). Her current role at Tate Modern involves includes research to maintain and extend expertise in modern and contemporary art of Russia, to curate exhibitions and to advise Tate’s collection committees.
