Born in 1984 in St. Petersburg, Russia. She studied history of art at Stieglitz Academy of Art and Design in St. Petersburg, where she also was one of the founders and artistic director of Nepokorennie (The Unbroken) Open Studio (since 2007).
Anastasia was the first curator of START project to support young Russian art at WINZAVOD Center in Moscow (2008-2009), and is co-curator (together with Boris Podoroga) of the Philosophical Club at WINZAVOD. Since December 2013, she is artistic director of the Center.
Anastasia also works as independent curator, and her projects include Memory of the Fields (St. Petersburg, 2008), Space of Silence (St. Petersburg, 2009), and Marble by Fabio Viale (Moscow, 2011). She co-curated VideoCapture festival (2008) and Apocalypse and Renaissance at the House of Chocolate (Kiev, 2012). In 2014, Anastasia and German curator Lukas Toepfer produced One Place Next to Another exhibition at WINZAVOD.
Anastasia was among the runners-up for Caryatid Prize 2011. She held the German Chancellor Scholarship of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation for 2012-2013.
