The main focus of the program is actual strategies of sound art, experimental and contemporary academic music. Program is realized through educational events, research, concerts and exhibitions. Since 2005 in the framework of program were realized a few international research projects, such as Audioturism and Acoustic Diagnostic (2005-2009), international residence Sound Art Camp (2009), series of monthly concerts SoundArtLab (2005-2016) and Sound Around Kaliningrad festival (2011-2016).
