"A Long and Crooked Path of Video Art"

lecture course by Antonio Jeuza (Moscow)

for the participants of the School for the Young Artists Programme

This lecture course covers the history of video as artistic practice, defines video art "traditions," and discusses the possibilities of their transgression. The course's participants will speculate about the priorities shared by the new generation of video artists and the conditions for public dialogue set by video art.

School for the Young Artists Programme - is a joint project of PRO ARTE Foundation and the North-Western Branch of NCCA. The project is supported by the Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation.
