Practical seminar by Maria Vets consists of 4 classes and discusses various ways of presenting oneself and the skills a contemporary artist should possess to do it: how to put together an artist’s portfolio, what an artist’s web-site should be like, how to lay out the idea of your project in a brief and clear way and why makes it so important. Special attention is paid to participation in national and international art-events and artists’ residency programs – where to look for these, how to apply and complete you CV.

Maria Veits is a curator and co-founder of the Creative Association of Curators (TOK).

For the students of the School for the Young Artists only.

School for the Young Artists is a joint project of the PRO ARTE Foundation and the North-Western Branch of the NCCA supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation.
