Interactive theatre project based on “The crisis” and “Democracy.doc” about conflicts between us and our environment.

CRISIS. The Joseph Beuys Theatre was invited to participate in the 7th Berlin Biennale in 2012. The biennale curators were hoping to hear a statement on Russia, its social and political problems, the crisis in the country but instead the theatre company presented a play about each actor’s personal problems, connected in a way to the global problems. The play is interactive – actors address the audience, asking to evaluate the critical situations in their own lives and to share them.

DEMOCRACY.DOC. Interactive game to a new world. Democraticy is not only a theme of the project, it’s also a form of interaction of all people in the hall, because the communication is based on democratic rules. The performance is a social and political discussion which is built on the artistic laws and presented in the theatre space.
