The aim of the “Collection Artists” series is to popularize NCCA’s collections.

During the event the artist will comment on his works that are part of NCCA holdings. He will tell the stories behind their creation and explain their meaning and place in the context of his plastic and musical art. The discussion will be followed by screenings of photo and video documents.

Vladimir Tarasov is a jazz musician (percussions), composer, artist, author of theater plays. Since the beginning of 1990s, he has turned to plastic art, working individually and in collaboration with Sarah Jane Flohr and Ilya Kabakov.
