The Russian Diaries exhibition presents the first series of art works as part of a new social art project designed to promote a dialogue between society and the government. Through visual images, the artists have tried to find ways to understand the national theme and the processes taking place in modern Russia.
The exhibition also includes the best works from the Your Right poster competition initiated by the NGO Generation LEX. Your Right is one of the first examples of collaboration of the judicial community and young artists in Russia to create topical images on the subject of rights.
A series of installations on the national theme that follows several flashmob actions planned in advance — Caucasian, Russian and Kalmyk — will be presented during the exhibition.
The works of more than 30 poster artists will be presented at the exhibition.
Organizer: Civil society organization Generation LEX
